We are looking for an experienced and motivated warehouse professional to step into the role of Assistant Warehouse Team Leader with our client, a well-established distribution business. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting the Warehouse Manager and taking responsibility for leading operations when required.
What you will be doing

Assisting the Warehouse Manager with daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse.

Managing goods in and out, including offloading, picking, loading, and routing.

Supporting with scheduling and routing of delivery trucks.

Providing cover as acting supervisor during absences.

Maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment.
What we are looking for

Previous warehouse experience with the ambition to move into a leadership role.

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

A reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual with strong communication skills.

Organised, able to work under pressure, and confident working on your own initiative.
Essential requirements

Full valid B Manual Driver’s Licence.

Manual Handling Certificate.

Fluent spoken and written English.
