Assistant Warehouse Manager - Food Manufacturing
A leading food company is seeking a hands-on Assistant Warehouse Manager to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves supervising a small team, managing stock control, and maintaining the highest standards in a busy food production and cold storage environment.
What You’ll Do:

Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing all warehouse functions

Lead and motivate a small team of operatives, ensuring targets are met

Manage order fulfilment, dispatch accuracy, and stock rotation

Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards

Drive process improvements and ensure smooth daily operations
-
Work on the floor, leading by example in a fast-paced setting
What You’ll Need:

Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
-
Proven team leadership and people management skills
-
Strong background in cold storage operations
-
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
Shift & Benefits:

Monday to Friday, rotating with Tuesday to Saturday weekly

Salary includes Saturdays and bank holidays
