Assistant Supermarket Manager - Co. Roscommon
The role will be varied, but the main duties include:

Deliver the highest standard of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere for customers, suppliers, and staff.

Maintain store standards, including merchandising, housekeeping, Health & Safety compliance, and overall presentation.

Oversee stock management processes, including ordering, stocktaking, and monitoring department performance to achieve budget and sales targets.

Lead, communicate, and motivate staff and junior management, ensuring operating standards are understood and a positive working environment is maintained.

Manage financial performance, including sales, gross profit, net profit, overheads, and wage control.

Support continuous improvement through training, professional development, and assuming store manager responsibilities when required.
