What You’ll Need

NMBI registration (or eligibility for same)
-
At least three years’ experience in caring for older people within the last six years
-
Minimum two years' management experience

Strong knowledge of the ageing process and age-related care needs

Clinical, administrative, and leadership competence to drive high standards of care

Evidence of ongoing professional development
