Join a long-established, family-run builders provider are expanding and looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our busy branch and help drive our continued growth.
The Role:
As Assistant Branch Manager, you will work alongside the Branch Manager to ensure the branch runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. You will lead a motivated team, oversee stock and operations, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. This is a hands-on, sales-focused role where your leadership will directly contribute to the branch’s success.

Requirement

Supervisory/management experience in builders providers, construction supply, or related sectors.

Strong product knowledge of building materials.

Customer-focused, commercially aware, and a natural leader.

Full driving licence.
