Area Sales Representative – Dublin & Southeast
Join the growing team behind one of Ireland’s most trusted names in homeware, hardware & DIY. This is a newly created role with strong support from HQ and direct mentorship from the National Sales Manager.
The Role
- Manage and grow a customer base of trade clients, builders’ merchants, DIY stores, and hardware retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities in the Dublin and Southeast region.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers, offering trusted advice and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and sales reporting via tablet and CRM system.
Requirements
- Some experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, DIY, or trade products or related industry
- A proactive, customer-first attitude and the confidence to build strong relationships.
- A full driving licence and Eligible to work in Ireland
Package
- c €45,000 annual salary pending experience
- performance-based bonus & loyalty bonus after 12 months of satisfactory service
- 5% employer pension contribution after 6 months
- Company car, tablet, and phone
- For candidates with less experience, a tailored package will be offered — and full training provided.
