Area Sales Manager – Munster Region
(Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Wexford, Waterford, Tipperary, Carlow, Laois, Kilkenny)
FRS Recruitment is seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales of construction products across the Munster region. This field sales role offers the chance to manage key accounts, develop strong relationships with Builders Merchants, House-Builders, Contractors, and Brickwork Contractors, and grow market share through proactive business development.
What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential customers, including merchant account management.

Identify new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector.

Oversee a live sales pipeline, ensuring quotes, schedules, and project opportunities are tracked and closed.

Grow sales of construction products across your territory.

Provide technical knowledge and tailored advice to house builders, contractors, and specification sales leads.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM to support sales reporting and territory management.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in construction sales or building materials(highly desirable).

Proven ability to deliver results in a target-driven, field-based sales environment.

Strong skills in business development, negotiation, and account management.

Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially astute.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Full, clean driving licence.
