About the Role
We are seeking results-driven Area Managers
to drive sales growth, expand the company's retail network, and strengthen customer relationships in a fast-moving fuels market. This role combines commercial strategy, relationship management, and business development to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the retail footprint.

Secure new business and manage long-term customer partnerships across multiple formats (brand/supply agreements, consignment, leasing, Fuel Pods, supply-only).

Collaborate with Commercial and Wholesale teams to align activity and maximise opportunities.

Analyse market trends, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities.

Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and profitability.

Support network expansion by identifying and evaluating new site opportunities.

Maintain records, forecasts, and accurate sales reporting.

Uphold brand standards and support marketing initiatives.
About You

Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven success as an Area or Sales Manager in the fuel or energy sector.

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational abilities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a competitive market.
