Retail Operations Manager – Fashion Retail (Leinster)
We seek an experienced and proactive Regional Operations Manager to oversee the performance and operations of multiple retail stores. This role focuses on driving sales, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing strong, high-performing teams while maintaining excellent store standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a portfolio of stores to meet sales and KPI targets

Conduct regular store visits and implement actionable plans

Ensure consistent execution of merchandising, service, and operational standards

Recruit, train, and develop store leadership teams

Manage payroll, stock control, and operating costs to maximise profitability
Requirements:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in multi-site retail management
-
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
Experience in high-turnover fashion or sports retail preferred
-
Full clean driving licence
