Area Manager – Cork (Retail & Service Station Focused)

We’re looking for a strategic and people-focused Area Manager to take charge of a number of retail locations in Cork, helping to streamline operations, empower store teams, and deliver results.
What You'll Bring:

8+ years’ experience in retail management, with a proven track record at Area Manager or equivalent level

Experience managing service stations or fuel retail operations – highly desirable

Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills

Project management know-how to support new initiatives and store development
-
Confident communicator with solid Microsoft Office skills

A full, clean driving licence is a must
