Key Responsibilities

Act as Assigned Certifier in line with BCAR requirements

Define project scope and deliverables

Prepare tenders and technical proposals

Carry out inspections and oversee technical compliance

Supervise contractors and resolve design issues

Build strong client relationships and support team development
Requirements
-
Degree in Architecture
-
Experience in construction or consultancy
-
Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and BCAR
-
Confident with drawings, inspections and documentation
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
