About the Role
FRS Recruitment is seeking a Agri Technical Sales Representative to join this dynamic and growing organisation.
You will inherit a well-established customer base built over four decades and will play a key role in maintaining and expanding these relationships.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to combine technical knowledge with commercial acumen, driving continued growth across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and sales support to existing and new customers.

Manage and develop an established portfolio of clients.

Prepare and follow up on sales quotes, tenders, and orders.

Identify opportunities to grow market share within target sectors.

Collaborate with internal teams, including fabrication, design, and stores departments, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Represent the company at national trade shows and exhibitions throughout the year.
Candidate Profile

Previous sales experience is an advantage (technical or industrial preferred).

Strong understanding of Agri, farming and engineering principles and solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
