FRS Recruitment is now inviting applications for the role of 'Agri Sales Executive, on behalf of a leading Irish Agribusiness and based in Dublin West. Agri Graduates will be considered also.

Salary: 30k + Bonus

Remote/Hybrid: 2 days in office & 3 days at home, candidates within a commutable distance can be considered.

Re suitable locations: Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Louth, Westmeath, Offaly, Laois, Wexford

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Agri Sales Executive to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospective, renewing, and lapsed subscribers across our range of publications. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into loyal subscribers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to new, renewing, and lapsed subscribers to drive subscription conversions.
  • Attend events to engage potential subscribers and represent the organisation in a professional manner.
  • Support subscription renewals by assisting customers with payment processing and resolving any issues.
  • Promote the value of our products in every interaction to increase engagement and retention.
  • Provide occasional customer support via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with your manager and team to foster a customer-first culture.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and friendly phone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
  • A background in agriculture or farming is an advantage, but not essential.

Additional Information

  • The role is flexible and may evolve in line with business needs.
  • You may be asked to support other publications or projects across the business as needed.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
