Agri Helpdesk Advisor
Location: Co. Kerry
Position: Maternity Cover contract
Working Hours: 3 days 9am-5.30pm & 2 days 1pm-8pm
Salary: €29,500 on a pro rata basis
On behalf of our client, who is based in Kerry, we are seeking an Agri Helpdesk Advisor. This is a Maternity Cover contract role which is fully remote. As a Helpdesk Advisor, you must possess strong customer service and communication skills while being tech savvy and have a good understanding of the Agri sector.
Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls offering support to producers
- Recording all interactions on a bespoke CRM system
- Updating data and records using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Reviewing and offering assistance for customer surveys
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Customer Service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in the use of CRM & MS Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- General understanding of agriculture
Training:
- There will be 2 weeks onsite training in the Kerry office prior to starting
