FRS Recruitment is now working with our agri business partner and inviting applications for the role of 'Agri Counter Sales' to be based in Cloghan, Co. Offaly. Indeed this is a permanent role.
Duties:
- Provide advice, support and sales to farmers on a wide range of farm inputs.
- Stock control and merchandising.
- Merchandising, ordering & stock control.
- Generating new ideas and promotions for the store
- Evaluate a customer’s needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
- Making sure the shop floor and yard runs smoothly.
Candidate profile:
- Showing a real passion for customer focus sales and agriculture will enable you to thrive in a role that is challenging and demanding- achieving targets for business growth, increased sales, margin and operating standards
- Agricultural, DIY, Hardware backgrounds
- Agriculture qualification would be an advantage
- Ambitious with strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise work
