Assistant Director of Nursing – Surgical Services
We are currently accepting applications for the position of Assistant Director of Nursing – Surgical Services
for one of our biggest clients in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a collaborative team player, and a proven leader with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.
Essential Qualifications:
-
Registered (or eligible for registration) with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
Essential Experience:
-
Minimum 7 years’ post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting within the past 9 years
-
Postgraduate Diploma in Theatre or Perioperative Nursing
-
At least 4 years of management experience at CNM2 or CNM3 level within the last 7 years
-
Completion of a management programme or a commitment to undertake a relevant qualification upon appointment
Desirable Experience:

Master’s degree in Nursing, Management, or Leadership
