Administrator
Due to continued growth my client based in Ennis, Co.Clare are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team. This purpose of this role is to support the the Office Manager, assisting with day to day tasks and providing administrative support to the team of Assessors.
Duties:
- Diary Management - Booking in and organising surveys
- Handle general administrative tasks, including, telephone call handling, data entry, document preparation, filing and email management
- Support job planning and co-ordination
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Invoice preparation and management
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Willing to learn new skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
