On behalf of my client, an established estate agents in Limerick City, I am recruiting for a temporary Administrator to cover 2 weeks holiday leave.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for some temporary work or a recent grad looking to gain some admin experience!
Contract Length:
17th September - 3rd October inclusive
Hours of work:
9am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Administrator Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner.
- Answer general enquires from clients.
- Update CRM systems.
- Assist with RTB renewals.
- Liaise with maintenance contractors.
- Various other ad hoc tasks as required.
Administrator Skills and Requirements:
- Strong IT skills and use of Word and Excel.
- Professional and courteous phone manner.
- Organised and ability to multi task.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Adherence to confidentiality and GDPR.
