As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, working across a variety of administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management

Managing the new accounts process and ensuring all approvals are in line with company procedures

Liaising with the finance team and site teams to ensure account information is accurate and up to date

Maintaining databases and trackers for all new requests, ensuring records are accurate and well maintained

Reviewing supplier insurances on a regular basis, requesting updated certificates where required, and keeping documentation in order

Assisting in reviewing certificates to ensure appropriate levels and types of insurance are in place, under team guidance
