Position Summary:
The Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a dynamic service team. This role involves delivering key tasks to a high standard, aligned with business expectations, and ensuring operational efficiency and compliance across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log issues on Sicon Helpdesk and manage service call delegation during annual leave cover.
- Attend daily scheduling meetings and organise site visits (RAMS, permits, equipment, caretakers, site coordinates).
- Order and backfill stock for service calls.
- Maintain iAuditor and manage the RMA process for faulty equipment.
- Quote customers based on worksheets and follow up on issued quotes.
- Maintain PMI records and issue reports upon completion.
- Support the maintenance of Toggle.
- Manage the on-call roster and update the phone number weekly.
- Maintain the service roster for engineers.
- Handle vehicle administration, including servicing, CVRT, insurance updates, and toll tag management.
- Coordinate Health & Safety training and accreditations for new and existing staff.
- Manage PPE gear, including stocktaking, ordering, and calibration (biannual and annual servicing).
- Answer calls on the main switchboard phone lines.
