Overview:
Our client, a well-established and award-winning property business, is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Assistant to support their Head of Finance and Operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, professional team in the property sector and gain exposure to a broad range of accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping for accounts receivable and payable.

  • Prepare financial statements and process banking payments.

  • Liaise with various internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

  • Respond to client queries and provide timely communication.

  • Assist in bank reconciliations and the preparation of reports.

  • Maintain and update financial data within CRM and reporting systems.

Requirements:

  • Qualification or certification in accounts/bookkeeping.

  • Previous experience in a busy accounts or finance department.

  • Strong numerical and administrative skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Professional presentation and a reliable work ethic.
