On behalf of my client, based in Cork City, I am recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a temporary contract.
Contract length: 3 months (with potential to extend)
Hours: Monday - Friday; 9-5:30
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Input and consolidation of information to Excel from multiple sources
•Reconciliation of lodgements from cashbooks to bank statements
•Reconciliation of cash accounts
•Preparation of VAT Returns
•Payroll
•Monitoring emails and responding to queries
•General Office Administration
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an accounts department
Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
•Good level of MS Excel Skills
