Accounts Assistant
Financial
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable using ABM
- Raise client invoices and match purchase orders
- Contribute to month-end and annual financial reports
- Bank, credit card and petty cash reconciliations and posting
- Ad hoc duties to be performed as and when required
Operations
- Maintain records and assist with inventory tracking
- Support cross-functional teams with general admin tasks
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in a finance or admin role (or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communicator and team player
- Willingness to learn and grow across departments
- Use of ABM would be an advantage
- Qualified Accounting Technician/part-qualified Accountant desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Excel
- Key attributes also necessary include efficient work methods, working both as part of a team and on own initiative and good interpersonal skills
Hours
- 9.00am - 17.30pm ( 1 hr lunch )
- Monday - Friday
