FRS Recruitment – Accounts Administrator | Tullamore
FRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator
on behalf of our client based in Tullamore. This is a full-time role for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong accounts experience.
Hours:
Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Payable including maintaining the creditors ledger, setting up new suppliers, processing invoices, matching POs, reconciling statements, and preparing supplier payment runs.

Handle Accounts Receivable tasks such as uploading and processing sales invoices, allocating payments, maintaining the debtors ledger, and issuing customer statements.

Daily management of Connecteam, the employee clocking system used to verify hours for payroll.

Prepare and process weekly payroll and complete month-end payroll reports on thesaurus.

Perform bank reconciliations, bank payments, and contribute to monthly management accounts.

Support day-to-day financial operations and assist with general ad hoc duties.

Work with customised accounting and job-costing systems as required.
Ideal Candidate:

2–3 years’ experience in a similar accounting role.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.

Confident working independently and managing daily financial tasks.

Good working knowledge of standard computer packages; construction sector experience is a distinct advantage.
