We have access to the best recruitment websites nationally and internationally and advertise in the national and local press regularly, targeting the widest audience possible for your jobs.
Social Media:

Sometimes the best candidates are not actively looking for a new job. We know how to target these passive candidates, to give you access to the best people possible for your jobs. We have invested in social media tools which help us identify top talent and ensure when they do start looking, their first port of call is FRS.
Search:
Our internal database holds over 260,000 C.V.'s currently and grows by approximately 2000 candidates every month, which allows us to source candidates quickly and find good candidates who may not be actively seeking a new position. We are constantly keeping in touch with candidates on our database and over 15,000 candidates per month receive our "job alerts".
In a large proportion of searches we find the successful candidate on our database.
Testing:
We can provide psychometric, technical/dexterity and office skills testing to help you make the right decision when choosing people for your company.
Check:
It is essential that you find the right people and don’t make a mistake when hiring, so we will help you to collect references, show you how to ensure you take a proper reference or take instruction from you and contact referee’s for you.
