Client:

A Multi-National Retailer with over 100 sites across Ireland with an ongoing requirement for Retail Store Managers & Head Office Support Personnel for a national growth plan.

Process:

FRS Specialist Retail Recruitment team met with our now client to define if a partnership could be arranged. Given our experience and the fact we had 10 branches nationwide, it was agreed we could deliver staff across all parts of Ireland and also fully support Operations in Head Office. After a couple of consultations, we learnt the exact technical requirements and the cultural fit our client required and agreed on a national strategy to deliver suitable candidates.

Search:

FRS Recruitment put a number of effective sourcing strategies together to generate the initial talent pool. This includes extensive online advertising across all major job boards, extensive searching through internal FRS candidate management system (120,000 candidates), external candidate databases and local newspaper advertising. Also the complete outsourcing of our clients own websites applications system for Head office support roles.

Screen & Vetting:

Every candidate is screened through our local FRS office from Kerry to Cavan and the 8 other branches in-between. If successful, the National dedicated Account Manager in FRS meets candidates for a thorough face to face interview. If successful, candidates are referred to our client for further assessment / testing and references checked prior to offer.

Delivery:

Our methodology works in tandem with our clients specific needs. In this instance, FRS supports the ongoing pipeline needed for the growth plan, of this major Retailer.

Results: 

Our partnership is a great success and testament to this, is that a major multinational retailer entrusts us to manage their direct applications to their website for operations support roles in Head Quarters, which we consistently fill with high performing staff.

This approach has allowed our client to ramp up quickly for new store openings while maintaining an ongoing talent pipeline to maintain and augment existing staff headcount.
