The brief:

During a major expansion hard to find ICT Professionals with technical skills such as .Net Development, Ruby on Rails & Cold-Fusion were required urgently

Process we undertook:

We met our client to qualify exact requirements and based on our expert market knowledge put our entire ICT Recruitment Team to work to both deliver a major job board and social media advertising campaign in Ireland and overseas and agree sourcing strategy around our internal database of ICT candidates and external international candidate databases


Utilised over 20 National and International job boards and translated our job descriptions to some local European languages to attract unique candidates. Extensively searched our internal and partner candidate databases and promoted all opportunities through social media. We love to network and referrals were sought out through the entire campaign

Screen & Vetting:

After over 100 telephone screenings, we met locally based candidates for 2nd round interviews and carried out 2nd round telephone / skype interviews with our internationals candidates.

Our screening process was thorough and honed in on all technical skills required, cultural fit, interest in particular location, salary requirements and background checks. We only forwarded candidates that ‘ticked all the boxes’ for client interview stage


  • Sent all presentable CVs via email along with comprehensive interview notes to the MD.
  • Set up all interviews, carried out necessary checks and
  • Supported both candidate and client in every step of the interview process
