Matt is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology holding an Hons Degree in Exercise & Health with a postgrad cert in Counselling skills from NUI Maynooth. With over 12 years’ experience as a health & fitness professional, he has taken his coaching & training expertise and adapted it to the recruitment sector.
