We recruit over 1000 people from outside Ireland each year, who our clients hire directly or employ through our contract service on our payroll. “Test, check, and check again” We have the facility to test all prospective candidates before they arrive in the country to confirm they can actually do the job your require them for. As a matter of course we check all candidates references and do a background and a police check if required. We ensure each worker has all the information necessary about living and working in Ireland, including legal and revenue information, help finding suitable accommodation and travel arrangements. “Ethical” We treat all our contract workers from outside Ireland exactly the same as our Irish workers, adhering to the guidelines set out in Irish employment law and all legislation laid down by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
