What do I need to be a successful recruitment consultant?

 

Firstly, you will require determination and a will to succeed, as recruitment is a tough competitive business. Having attention to detail and being target driven are essential but probably most importantly you need to be a people person, with excellent evaluation and communication skills which will allow you to understand the needs of your clients while also determining the best people for their vacancies.
