As Production Team Lead you will be tasked with continuously improving the performance of the business unit by driving improvements in productivity, scrap and efficiency.

You will also promote and be a key driver of lean manufacture and visual management within the production environment while ensuring that Quality standards are achieved and maintained in the manufacturing areas.

This is a key role within the overall organization and management will look to you to provide direction and support to manufacturing team members while actively engaging with and driving the delivery of all the BU KPI's

You will also lead and participate in cross-functional and cross-divisional process improvement initiatives giving you the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and groups across the business


To be successful in this role you will need to have a a minimum of 4/5 years supervisory/people management experience in a high volume manufacturing environment along with a degree in Operations, Engineering or Business Related discipline.

As Production Team Lead no two days are the same and you will need to be someone who embraces change and is comfortable working as part of a multi-disciplined team.

You will also need to a high energy "hands-on" individual prepared to take responsibility in an extremely fast paced environment. This role does require candidates with strong production process troubleshooting experience along with the ability to successfully manage large teams and multiple tasks.
