Office Manager - Retail

Our Client is currently recruiting for the position of office manager for our stores in Mayo and Galway.


The office manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Management of EPOS system
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders and cash sheets
  • Stock taking and stock checks
  • Staff training
  • Security/system controls and checks
  • Reporting
  • Implementing procedures and monitoring compliance
  • Monitoring compliance with procedures
  • Assisting with management accounts
  • Providing cover for store managers and till operators when required
  • Travelling to other stores for audits and training

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Third level qualification in business, accounting or IT
  • 2-3 years' experience working in a busy office (retail would be highly desirable)
  • Full competency in Microsoft office packages
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Working knowledge of financial accounting
  • Experience with EPOS system management
  • Retail experience
  • Valid Driving License
