Job Overview

A HR Administration role is available in South Dublin. This is a contract role. The ideal candidate will have some previous hr administration experience.

The successful HR Admin candidate will join a HR team of 4 and be responsible for a range of HR Administration responsibilities.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Update and maintenance of personnel files
  • Input and maintenance of all HR Data (tracking systems / file information etc)

  • Filing on a daily basis

  • Management of a time & attendance system

  • Deal with any day to day queries that arise from line employees and managers

  • Compiling starter packs

  • Updating & Auditing HR files

  • Ad hoc duties as required

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an administrator

  • At Least a Certificate in Human Resources

  • Strong administration Skills

  • Fluent in the English language, communicating verbally and in writing must be to a very high standard
