Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

For this role, you must have perfect verbal and written English. Although there will be some telephone calls, most of the this customer service role will be done through email tickets. Therefore, you must have a fast typing speed, be computer literate and write, in English as a native speaker would.

The Person

Some customer service experience, in any capacity, would be useful but is not completely necessary.

You must be highly intelligent and be able to demonstrate this at interview or through your previous experience or education.

You must have an excellent telephone manner

You must be a true creative problem solver and be able to think outside the box

You must be very customer focused and enjoy helping people out and providing an excellent service

You must have a fast typing speed (50WPM)

You must hold yourself to high ethical standards

The Role

This is an entry level position in a high growth tech company providing services to the US retail market.

The successful candidates will be the foundation stone of this growing company's operation in Dublin

What Will You Be Doing?

Answering customer inquiries via email.
Answering customer inquiries by phone.
Reporting to your line manager on the progress of your work.
